With all the Internet technology in 2009 combined with a bunch of kids
that grew up on computers [aol chatrooms] in what seem to indeed be
the Information Era, we get what I like to call 'Computer Overdose'.
Doesn't it seem like everyone nowadays has a blogger or wordpress
account ? With already well over 4.5 million registered blogger accounts
and just around the same number for wordpress, It sure doesn't seem like
it will be slowing down anytime soon.



Which brings me to my point. With that many users, you would think that
there would be a vast and diverse amount of blogs being posted. Well
I beg to differ. It seems that most 'bloggers' today aren't necessarily
blogging, Its more like linking. Don't get me wrong, I use to fall under
that category. You know who you are and they are very easy to pin point.
They're the ones that go to everyones favorite site [worldstarhiphop,
nahright, bossip, allhiphop,etc.] cut,copy & paste. It's that simple.

Trying to get credential, from other people's hard word and more importantly
time and effort, just isn't a good look. It just seems to me that maybe more
than 3/4th of the so called bloggers aren't doing what they are entitled to do.
Is it the lack of creativity or is it time? Don't get me confused, I'm not some
bigshot that has all sorts of connection in the Industry, but I use what I got.
Knowledge, Persistence, and Consistency will get you far in life.If your going
to blog then use it to simply express your feelings and opinion. Don't use it
to spread someone else's word, especially if you aren't citing your sources.
